By accessing or using Icon AI ("the Service"), including our website at iconai.design and our Figma plugin, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the Service.
Icon AI is an AI-powered SVG icon generation tool. The Service allows users to generate vector icons using artificial intelligence models, browse a public icon library, and integrate with Figma through our plugin. Icons are generated using third-party AI models and converted to SVG format.
You must authenticate with a valid Figma account to use the Service. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your Figma account. You must not share your account or allow others to access the Service through your credentials. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.
The Service offers a free tier and a paid "Pro" subscription. Free users receive 100 tokens per month. Pro subscribers receive 1,000 tokens per month plus access to additional features including the v2 AI model and private icon generation.
Token packs may be purchased separately as one-time purchases. Purchased tokens do not expire but monthly token allowances reset at the beginning of each calendar month.
Payments are processed through Polar (polar.sh). By subscribing or purchasing tokens, you also agree to Polar's terms of service. All prices are in USD unless otherwise stated.
You may cancel your Pro subscription at any time through the customer portal. Upon cancellation, you will retain Pro access until the end of your current billing period. After the billing period ends, your account will revert to the free plan.
Refunds for subscription payments are handled on a case-by-case basis. Token pack purchases are non-refundable once tokens have been used. Contact us at support if you believe you are entitled to a refund.
Icons generated through the Service are created using AI models. You acknowledge that:
Icons you generate through the Service are yours to use for personal and commercial purposes. You retain ownership of icons you create. However:

We strive to keep the Service available but do not guarantee 100% uptime. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time. We will make reasonable efforts to notify users of significant changes. We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Icon AI shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, or goodwill.
Our total liability for any claims related to the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
The Service integrates with third-party services including Figma (authentication and plugin), Cloudflare (AI model hosting), Polar (payments), and Supabase (data storage). Your use of these services is subject to their respective terms and privacy policies. We are not responsible for the availability or conduct of third-party services.
